UtleieXpressen was founded to meet the market’s needs for the rental of commercial vehicles and is part of Frigopanel AS. We value the privacy and security of personal information collected through our website.

2. Collection and Use of Personal Data

a. When you visit our website and use our services, we collect personal data such as your name, address, email address, telephone number, and order information.

b. Financial information collected during payment processes is processed and stored through secure payment systems.

c. Cookies and web analytics tools are used to enhance user experience and analyze our website’s performance.

3. Vehicle Rental Terms and Additional Rules

a. Cancellation fee up to 24 hours: 700 NOK.

b. The minimum age for renting a car is 24 years.

c. It is recommended that photos are taken with your own mobile phone upon collection and delivery of the vehicle.

d. The vehicle should be returned as clean as possible to avoid hidden damages.

e. The vehicle is to be returned with a full tank.

f. Deductible per damage is 15,000 NOK (can be reduced by paying 120 NOK incl. VAT per day).

g. Fuel shortages, fines, and parking fees are charged to the lessee with an addition of 500 NOK excl. VAT per incident.

h. No animals or smoking allowed in the rental vehicle.

i. The vehicle cannot be driven out of Norway without an agreement.

j. The car can be used free of charge by several drivers with a valid driving license, but the lessee bears all responsibility.

4. Data Sharing and Protection

a. Your personal data is processed and stored by UtleieXpressen to provide and improve our services.

b. Outside of legal requirements, your data is not shared with third parties.

5. User Rights

a. You have the right to request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of the processing of your data.

b. You have the right to object to our data processing activities.

6. Changes

Our privacy policy may be updated as needed. New guidelines will be published on our website.
